Preparing Nutra Complete™:

Use the chart to serve the ideal portion.

Scoop

Scoop the desired amount of Nutra Complet™ into a non-toxic, heat-safe dish.

Soak

Add warm water. The ideal food-to-water ratio is 2 to 1. (Ex: 1 cup Nutra Complete™ to ½ cup water.)

Mix

Let Nutra Complete™ soak for 3 mins to boost the flavor and texture. Then gently mix with a spoon.

Note: Or serve it completely dry! Nutra Complete™ can be served at any consistency your dog prefers. Feel free to modify the amount of water as needed, or serve it as-is.

Use it as a Mixer:

If you'd like to boost your dog's diet with freeze-dried raw nutrition but don't want to replace their current food, you can use Nutra Complete™ as a mixer. Simply reduce the amount of your dog's food and replace it with the desired amount of Nutra Complete™ to avoid overfeeding.

Do not open bag until ready to use. For maximum freshness after opening, store in a cool, dry place. Always completely seal bag after feeding. Rehydrated food will maintain optimum freshness for 3 to 5 days with refrigeration.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the complete ingredient list?

Chicken, Chicken Heart, Chicken Liver, Chicken Gizzard, Flaxseed, Calcium Carbonate, Dried Kelp, Blueberry, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Spinach, Broccoli, Chicory, Salt, Cranberry, Yeast Culture, Pumpkin Seed, Ginger, Potassium Chloride, Taurine, Zinc Amino Acid Complex, Inulin, Diatomaceous Earth, Iron Amino Acid Complex, Vitamin E Supplement, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Niacin Supplement, Copper Amino Acid Complex, L-Carnitine, Manganese Amino Acid Complex, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Sodium Selenite, Vitamin A Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Folic Acid, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Mixed Tocopherols (Preservative).

Why is this formula freeze-dried?

Most dog food companies cook their food at high temperatures — which may decrease its nutritional value and can add potentially dangerous Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs).

On the other hand, Nutra Complete™ chicken dog food is freeze-dried raw to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients and flavor for your dog. Dr. Richter designed Nutra Complete™ to mimic your dog’s natural, wild diet — while also making sure your dog gets maximum nutrition from every single bite.

What if it doesn’t work for my dog, or my dog doesn’t like it? Is there a guarantee?

We’re proud of our products and we stand behind them 100%. That’s why Nutra Complete™ is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not thrilled with our product, just contact our customer service team — we’ll refund your purchase price, no questions asked.

My Jack Russell Terrier and his Chicken!

"My pup loves the food. I think it's easy on him to chew and swallow, just an observation based on watching him for years. I just ordered the pork flavor for the first time. I always heard that dogs love a change, the variety in both their regular good and treats keeps things interesting for them. Anyway, the chicken is a hit with Wilfred!"

I food is convenient, but expensive."

"At first I was just giving her ( 4-5 yr, old female mix 33lbs) handfuls of the nuggets.. making it a game of search.. Something to stimulating for her-SassGirl. I will put lil squares of the food here and there and by 2's places she can sniff them out. Loved them . I add these the food I prepare for her , and as treats . I have made dinner the way the bag says to do them in water let soak . Anyway they come she loves them"

My parents French Bulldog, Bella

"My parents French Bulldog, Bella loves the Nutra Complete Chicken! The only concern that we have is her paws are itching very badly. I had thought that this food was developed to keep the yeast from developing. unfortunately, for her it has developed. Please let us know immediately if there is a pre-pro biotic that she should be taking that will ease and hopefully end this problem for her or some other remedy you suggest. I do not believe my mom could take the food away from her at this point... Bella is quite attached to the taste!"

— Jacqueline M. (4/5)

My 12 year old Chihuahua

"My 12 year old Chihuahua has adapted very well to her Nutra Complete food. She is fed twice a day with 1/3 Nutra Complete, 1/3 Dr Marty freeze-dried food, and 1/3 cooked chicken. Since stopping all dry kibbled food her coat has become softer and silkier. She and we are happier and thank Nutra Complete."

My Chihuahua was 11 years

"My Chihuahua was 11 years old in June. Her name is Fajita Rita, and is a little 9 lb. Sweetheart. I adopted her when she was 8 years old. She has had 35 babies in her life time. Yes she was a little breed dog from a lady who breeds Chihuahua in Charleston, Arkansas. She dearly loves chicken and loves the freeze dried Chicken with a little bit of warm water added to it. I had told my best friend about this freeze dried dog food and had give her some of mine to give to her two small dogs to see if they liked it, and they loved it. I gave her my empty bag so she could read about it and some of the information you sent me with my first order. She ordered some from you. Her two dogs love it when it came in last week. Her name is Cindy Vega and Ray Vega. Thank you for a great product. Fajita Rita also loves freeze dried duck and your chicken liver."
